I do not know what this scammer is planning to do but I know it would be something that is not good but it would just be another way of looking for someone to scam. He should know that his reputation is already bad and nothing like this that can make him have good reputation. I strongly advice people to stay away from someone like this.

Obviously, he is not that stupid, because he successfully logs into the forum, even though he has been making the same request for years. Application for a loan, where he was told countless times that it would not happen.
Newbies should not be able to open new threads in the lending section.
