City cannot seriously be favorites with how they played in their last two games. I know from the odds, the bookmakers are backing them as favorites, but that is what happened last season, City were losing games on a stretch, but the bookies were still giving their opponents bigger odds. Irrespective of these odds, i think Manchester United are favorites, though City are at the Etihad, but Spurs beat them there two weeks ago.
