Hello, want to send this message because i had my account in BITSTAMP we could say weeks or months ago, they first started with the famous KYC however got all of it cleared out, providing all the info they asked for and they unfreezed my transactions to buy or sell crypto, all of a sudden with no explanation they decided to freeze my account AGAIN for no reason or explanation, i had $80.000.00 in my account and they are just not responding my emails, i call and they say to wait, i keep on asking where is my money i lost a huge contract because of this and been harmed in so many ways because of their decisitions, i understand they decided to terminate my account and i can just move somewhere else i really dont mind but now they just dont want to give my money what is mine, its been more than 2 weeks since they close my account and still no response as so ever in any way possible of where is my money, they just keep saying to wait and wait but no actions or deposits from their famous PAYMENTS DEPARTMENT, ALL IM ASKING is for them to give me what it belongs wo me, im even willing to pay any fee but to give me what is mine, im really worried and traumatized now since they are so many people that have gone in this same scenario, is there anyone that knows how to get this done ASAP, someone from this company that maybe works there or get it done ASAP, what to tell this exchange company or what should i do, any clue ?? HELP PLEASE, IM DOING THIS BECUASE I NOTICE A GUY OPEN SAME TICKET OF MONEY HE WAS NOT GETTING BACK UNTIL HE DID THIS AND FINALLY BITSTAMP DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING and TAKE OWNERSHIP OF HIS CASE, I JUST WANT MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT AND NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN, HELP PLEASE UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2 OF 2025 #BITSTAMP  Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Im not asking to reopen or to explain why they closed it, i just want my final deposit of what its mine.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. This kind of shit is exactly why centralized exchanges are so dangerous and why they do not fall in line with the philosophy of Bitcoin (and cryptocurrency in general), which is to be your own bank. But when you put your coins into a wallet with third-party control, this is to be expected.

Bitstamp however has been around for a very long time, so they would not simply steal your coins. Whatever they are doing, it seems they do not have the manpower to process your ticket faster. So the only option is unfortunately to wait a bit longer.

That is the only advice I can give you.
