Well from the beginning I knew he was not going to last in this job but I didn?t expect it will be this short. I blame Erik Ten hag and I also blame the Bayern Leverkusen management for this poor form, you can?t sell so much quality in your team and fail to replace them with quality. After losing out on this much players I was thinking they would have a very busy summer but to my surprise they weren?t that busy during the summer window.
I still think Ten hag need time off from coaching for now and maybe when he decide to coach again he should start from less competitive league. It would give him the time to get back his confidence in coaching and decision making. We know he his a good coach but he needs to take a break for now and figure out where he is getting it wrong.
Yes, I have to say that Ten Hag absolutely needs a break. I agree with you. This manager is only doing a lot of damage to the team. I understand that he wants to continue, but he also had a terrible experience at Manchester United that led to nothing good except his dismissal. So now they have to go.
I really agree with you because if he continues to take any chances it will ruin his career. Eric Ten Hang had suffered a lot which he have to take a break. I don't blame Bayern Leverkusen for taken that sudden decision because they might have that agreement before taken the job. Eric Ten Hang was a a very good coach before he came to Manchester United, his performance then is what makes Manchester United inviting him over but unfortunately he couldn't survive it despite Manchester United gave him enough time to recover but he couldn't. I'm not really happy seeing his career like this, he should take a rest and take the little job now to gain is experience back.
Well looking at all that has happened to ten Hag right from his day's at Manchester United and now Leverkusen it's appropriate that he should go for a break and have a self evaluation of how he has performed, and look at the areas that he didn't get it right but looking at the record of ten hag from his times at Ajax I think that he is a good coach it's just that both Manchester United and Leverkusen was not in the best times when he joined
