Bangladesh were 164 for four wickets down when the rain came and it never stopped and the match had to called off. Well, if there was a full match then the Bangladesh team would have won it easily. The captain Litton Das had done the damage early by scoring a fast 73 runs in only 46 balls. When the match was paused, Bangladesh had two set batsmen Jaker Ali and Nurul Hasan on the wicket. They could have scored another 25 to 35 runs in the next two overs and the Bangladesh team would have made a total close to 200 runs.
Earlier Towhid Hridoy and Saif Hassan were out of form today and they could not contribute but then i wouldn't blame them for low scoring. One cannot perform in all matches.

Today was a bad day for Bangladesh, otherwise, they could have collected another whitewash in their T20 record. After the first two matches, the way Bangladesh were scoring in this match made it pretty obvious to us that they would win this match.
Anyway, rain will stop the game, it is also a part of the game, and there is no point in regretting it. Now I will expect the only thing that the confidence they have gained in this match, so that they can apply it in the upcoming Asia Cup. Although I still have doubts that Bangladesh will not be able to do anything good in the Asia Cup tournament.
