I dont want to delay anything if thats okay. Ill be home in my apartment before the day is over tomorrow, so will have more than enough time now that you mentioned its a 24-48 hour window. I will also have downtime in between meeting with customers.

Noted. Then I'll proceed with the process of regaining you temporary access like normal and will not ask for delays. There is a likelihood that my contact is already asleep by now and they'll only be able to arrange [or check why the process of refund hasn't been initiated] when morning come in their timezone, and when things are settled, you're already home.
Just to be safe though, I'll make sure to ask them to keep it open for 48 hours.
