As expected, Leverkusen has taken a bold step to part ways with Eric Ten Hang after failing to get positive results from just few games he's managed this new season. One of the shortest serving manager in the history of coaching?

I remember one of the times at Manchester United he did mentioned that if he leaves Manchester United he was going elsewhere to win trophies and it did sounded at that point like Manchester United was the problem and not him. I agree he appears to be one of the shortest serving managers although I do not have records to back it but it appears most likely so and again ten Hag needs a break it looks like he is tactically depleted so he need a break to comw back better, Leverkusen actually may not have needed to much from him but he just messed things up with the very poor start up performances.

Perhaps most of the clubs in Europe are aware of this manager's talent by now, but even the clubs in the German league think that this coach is tactically tired.You are right that he needs rest but will he improve tactically even after rest,He was at the Bundesliga club for a short time, but in the meantime, the players have underestimated his methods. However this team will participate in a club friendly match tomorrow, perhaps their first match since neglecting this Dutch coach. I used to think that Erik ten Hag might be able to keep a team mentally positive but he has not been able to make an impression even on the current Bayer Leverkusen team.
