I was surprised to see the news today because what will happen is that they won’t give the manager at least a complete season before they even think of firing him. Seriously, 2 months is a very short period of time.
Furthermore, even if the management and the fans out there are expecting everything to be the way they want it, I think a new manager really needs at least a complete season before we can say he tried or not and then think of firing him, but just 2 months – I feel like even if they are expecting a good result in a short period of time, 2 months is still too small.
I agree this is not the right time to sack the coach this is barely three months for ten Hag as manager and you don't expect him to perform magic in this short period of time, it will take any good coach one year to stabilize this team.
Leverkusen should give any coach that they employ a good time so that they can make a significant impact in the team because Leverkusen is in a very bad condition and they can't compete for the bundesliga title.
I was thinking maybe they thought it was the right move for them to bring in Ten Hag, just the way Bayern Munich did for Kompany when he had a bad season at Betis and they signed him to manage their squad. Even with the criticism, Kompany later pulled off a big surprise for us, which is what I thought Bayer Leverkusen would also do,
so when I saw the news that they sacked him, I was really surprised. Anyway, let's see how it goes. With all indication, Bayer Leverkusen are confused with their decision; they are scared to lose their performance, and I feel like they have messed up since they sold their 2 key players.
