You are right, I agree with you that everything would be much easier if you had money. But I think resourcefulness or skill is something that increases the value of money a lot. For example, there are many businesses that fail even with a lot of capital, I think the only reason for this is that there is no planning or such skill. So from that point of view, it can be said that actually money can be considered the main income for success, but with resourcefulness, that wealth can be increased or that money can be retained.
That's right, it won't complement each other if the person himself is lack of one and the other. That's it's best to learn it because it will be for great of the entrepreneur or that person who's got the skill. So, resourcefulness is a talent that many don't have and they always reason out that only if they have a huge capital, they would have started a business. But that's how it can go for most because as you've said, many failed businesses even have huge capital but the person who manages it lacks of skills and resourcefulness.
