Yeah, everyone likes steady and reliable campaigns where you can participate for a long time without fear of any sudden changes. I think there was some discussion before where a lot of people said that they would prefer a slightly lower pay in a stable and predictable campaign over a higher pay in an unpredictable one.
That's true. Many will choose the slightly decreased payment and we can see that in some applications from other campaign threads if there is no actual slot for the higher ranks.
As long as it's stable and long term, it's more preferred by participants.

I didn't realized that until you've said and made me look at the spreadsheet, that's a lot of participants and of a budget as well. But if it's handled by Hhampuz, it's no feat for that campaign.
I'm not sure if this is more than the early version of duelbits' campaign but it looks like it is.
