A lot of people has always been asking this question so we are going to run a scenario so we can quickly know if land investment in Nigeria is more profitable than Bitcoin or not, so we are going to be using from 2018 to 2025 which 7 years to do this analysis.

First Scenario: ₦10 million in Bitcoin in 2018 to 2025.
In 2018, 1 BTC = $6,500.
Which was ₦2.34 million as at then, judging from the dollar value then.
So with ₦10 million, you could buy about:₦10,000,000 ÷ ₦2,340,000 = 4.27 BTC
Now in Sept 2025, 1BTC = ₦172 million.
So 4.27 BTC × ₦172m = ₦734 million today.

So investing ₦10m in Bitcoin 7 yeears ago will give you ₦734m as of today.

Second Scenario:  ₦10 million in Land Lagos.
In 2018, ₦10m could buy a plot in Lekki Phase 2 or half a plot in Ajah, Banana Island was already ₦300m–₦500m then, so ₦10m wouldn’t qualify.
By 2025, those same plots are worth:
Lekki Phase 2 plot: ₦50m–₦70m.
Ajah half-plot: ₦30m–₦40m.

So investing ₦10m in Lagos land 7 yeears ago will give you maximum of ₦70m.

hope you are seeing the gap, so it's very clear that Bitcoin is more profitable so invest wisely.
