I never understood why Bayer Leverkusen brought in Ten Hag as head coach so quickly. In my opinion, he was a failure and I don’t know what logic led Leverkusen to move so fast, but it came at a heavy cost because now they’ve sacked him and will have to pay compensation.
It was the right decision to dismiss him early, as he wasn’t going to bring any benefit to the team anyway.
Now he should go and coach a mid-level club, because he doesn’t have the talent or knowledge to manage a big club.
And from what happened recently would forever be a threat to any coach they are bringing because they will have to be committed because the kind of step Leverkusen are taking now they don't seem to be joking with anyone because at that point when did they employ ten Hag that his already receiving a sack letter so this is at this point is a thing of concern and the same time we should know that does guys are serious.
They want something different that is why they are doing exactly what they are doing because since they tasted victory they want it continously and this is why ten Hag was sacked and it was for a good reason if I may say because who would have expected them to get a new coach and still sack him within the space of two months. And I don't think is about previous condition in Manchester United because they knew before employing him so this is enough reasons for them to want to give him a trial and if no result then they let him go.
