Since Erik ten Hag's arrival, there has been considerable criticism, and the pressure has been quite intense, making it increasingly difficult for him to perform. His past failure at Manchester United continues to haunt him, leading to his subsequent failure at Leverkusen.
Regardless of the situation, I believe Leverkusen's management's decision to take this swift action is absolutely correct. They would rather rebuild the team sooner rather than suffer a deeper setback with Erik ten Hag.
Erik Ten Hag wasn't the right man for the job at Bayer Leverkusen that's why fans and football lovers was worried about Leverkusen performance when he was appointed as the manager of the team, everything about the manager wasn't right in the first place and his past performance at Manchester United triggered a lot of people to wonder what he would achieve in the team and this is understandable because the media and the fans saw the achievements of Xabi Alonso in Leverkusen and when they saw a different manager who they don't trust took over the job it made everyone speechless and there was a question about the manager doing well or not and finally e saw what happened after just three matches.
