No. I cant solve this Problem. And yes, i see many blocked cards last months. Dont know if they solove there problems, but i cant.
This is what they want (WBK):
To unlock the card, please feel free written explanation of the nature of the transaction and the source of funds, which is powered by a prepaid card account. Please explain the titles of payments and the recipient which is directed incoming transfer.
Please also include your personal information (name, surname, identity document, citizenship) and a photocopy of the identity document, certified as a true copy by a notary public or an entity providing financial services (eg bank domiciled in the EU or in third equivalent: United States)

What type of transfer used to load the cards? Wire Transfer or something and were I mean EU or US?
