I never understood why Bayer Leverkusen brought in Ten Hag as head coach so quickly. In my opinion, he was a failure and I don’t know what logic led Leverkusen to move so fast, but it came at a heavy cost because now they’ve sacked him and will have to pay compensation.
It was the right decision to dismiss him early, as he wasn’t going to bring any benefit to the team anyway.
Now he should go and coach a mid-level club, because he doesn’t have the talent or knowledge to manage a big club.
Unlucky Ten Hag, he just have to go look for another club to manage now after failing to manage well in the club another opportunity was given to him. I didn’t blame Bayern Leverkusen too much for employing Ten Hag, he had good record in the past and that has made them have some level of trust in him to be the best man for this job.
Unfortunately, he was unable to deliver as expected in the few games he has managed. He failed at Manchester United, but maybe they thought he would have done better with this new job if given the opportunity again. He’s so sad he was so sack this early, it has just tarnished his reputation more. He needs to develop his managerial skills better if he wants to be rated well and have more opportunities for more jobs in the future.
