SerieA coaching is always a loop, between Allegri, Conte,Gasperini and a few others, no new faces.
And in the low tier teams is the same with other names, for example Davide Nicola who is now on Cremonese but he was before in a lot of low tier teams like Cagliari,Empoli, Salernitana,etc.
The only "new" face is Fabregas in Como but is a super special case in a special team.
That's enough to prove serie a team is not willing to leave from their comfort zone. I saw that majority of them were always rotating the same coach. They mostly signed coaches with serie a exp, and this cycle is always repeating anytime. Kinda bored to see the same face over and over.
The only good is that the team like Como is moving up. Having Fabregas there is refreshing me.
