🚨 Winna Casino – Unpaid Affiliate Balance, $5,000 Promo Cover-Up, Manipulation 🚨

On the surface, Winna Casino runs flashy promos and affiliate deals. Behind the curtain, my experience shows a pattern of unpaid commissions, promo results hidden from participants, commissions slashed mid-deal, and disturbing private messages from their own team. What follows is a record built from my own account history and conversations with them.

📌 Affiliate Side (Rev Share)
   •   I was on a revenue share deal.
   •   I was specifically promised I could claim on the 1st.
   •   On Sept 1st, I requested $1,447.55.
   •   On Sept 4th, the reply was: “will sort it now.”
   •   On Sept 5th, still no payment or update.
   •   Balance remains unpaid.

I also tried reaching out through multiple channels (hosts, support, management) and was ignored from every angle.

➡️ Promised payout on the 1st. Stalled and ignored since.

Over $15,000 in revenue was generated through my account, yet I’m still fighting for a $1,447 balance

📌 $5,000 Promo — Results Hidden & Payout Manipulated
   •   Winna announced a $5,000 promo where winners would be publicly listed.
   •   No results were ever published.
   •   I was privately told I placed 4th and sent only $1,000 “apology payment.”
   •   The only reason I even learned I was in the top was because a host accidentally mentioned it.
   •   When I raised this in live chat, support repeatedly pressed me to reveal who my host was. I didn’t tell them.
   •   Minutes later, $1,000 was suddenly sent.
   •   Their excuse: placements weren’t revealed “to avoid poaching or players asking for tips.”
   •   At the very same time, another Winna promo (AviMaster) had a public leaderboard with usernames and rankings.

Paul, the owner, personally promised to show me the wager data for the promo and gave me his word. That proof never came. Instead, he suddenly increased my affiliate deal to 35% without me even asking, even joking about “inviting me to dinner in London to show me the backend.” I’ll let others decide why he did that.

My impression: I believe I was denied full promo winnings as retaliation for a previous forum post I made about Winna’s connections to an earlier operation heybets.io.

   •   Manipulative tactics (flattery, charm) to cover stalling.
   •   Silence when pushed for accountability.

📌 Update / Extra Context

After my first forum post months ago, Winna contacted me within hours.
   •   They apologized and said they were sorry for how things had been handled.
   •   They promised they would “make sure to take care of me..”
   •   Based on that, I toned down and removed my original post, giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Since then, nothing has changed. The same issues keep repeating: unpaid balances, broken promises, and contradictory excuses.

Alongside the apologies, I also received disturbing private messages that had nothing to do with resolving the situation. The tone shifted from vague legal pressure → to flattery

At one point, I was even asked for my home address, supposedly so they could send me a gift. I gave my mother’s address in Denmark. No gift ever arrived. Looking back, it didn’t feel like generosity at all — more like a way of reminding me they had that information if I kept pressing.

That sudden change said a lot about how this platform operates when challenged.
