In my opinion, their random number generator has no idea what probability theory or uniform distribution is.
Rng's dont have brains so no question of
IDEA can be possible.

This is called selective memory, we tend to remember the odd incident much more specially if it went against us. No poker platform can risk such manipulations as first of all these can easily be identifiable and exploited by players and secondly it will be very bad for the reputation which is everything in online gambling world.
The bigger concern would be the
possibility of super users (super users are those players who can see everyone's whole cards).
