I saw this
report saying my country’s government agency that regulates gambling gets most of their profit from online gambling. I was shocked to find out thst 59.9% of their revenue comes from online gambling.I know how much online gambling has grown over the years but to see this number was still shocking. Anyway, some thinks that the agency’s reliance on online gambling for profit makes them inefficient in actually regulating gambling activities in the country. People are asking for them to be more effective and not just consider the gambling operators’s profits because my country has poor healthcare and won’t be able to accommodate addict patients well. There really has to be some objectivity still but I also understand wanting to keep the revenue going especially if it helps in the economy.
Don't you know that if the agency does their job by regulating gambling effectively in your country, how will they make their money? Because it's actually sad the government of your country prioritize money over the well-being of it's citizens, which opt to have been a priority. And as such, since the government of your country don't want to effectively regulate gambling, then it's actually the duty and responsibility of each and every one of us to make our health our primary safety measures. Because if government had actually done their job, their wouldn't have been a higher number of gamblers, since most people gambles because of lack of money, and no jobs
