Summer is over, and it's September, and the pace is picking up for many people now that summer vacation is over.
Today, I ran 8km, did push-ups, and did an abs workout it was a great workout. On these beautiful days, I want to train outside more than in the gym, and I'm doing it.

After summer comes the Autumn and I guess taking such distance of 8km run would definitely make you feel like the mid-summer. Even though the day gets shorter and night life gets better too. Pushups exercises exposes one to engaging in other tasks even without initial plan.
While resting after each set of 20 pushups today, I engaged in sit-up exercise and guess what, my six packs seem safer whenever I get serious with my sit-ups. Total number of pushups for today, 140 pushups in seven sets of 20 pushups.
