I don't know it but as all business models created by AI shows good 75% of success rate.
Since you have positive views towards AI, why don't you use AI rather than looking for unpaid devs/freelancers? Unlike human, AI don't ask for wage.
I checked projects what Bitcointalk had to offer and I see that mostly project failed or projects with few users.
What are you talking about? Bitcointalk itself doesn't create or run any project. If you mean project that people decide to share/promote on Bitcointalk, it's just small portion of all project out there,
