I really hope that some Italian team will reach the final this season too, even if i honestly think it will be more difficult.
Atalanta faces PSG, i think they're done for before they even start.
While Napoli faces a strong Manchester City, it will be very tough for the Italian teams.
Last season, Inter Milan went as far as to the finals only to lose the finals to PSG, so this season may not be that hard for all Italian teams not to make it that far in the Champions League. Napoli have shows a great performance during their league games, I have some hopes in them that they will do well in the champions league better than they did last season. There opponent may be a tough one but I still see them as worthy teams to go far in this competition and won’t be eliminated from the first stage of the competition which is the group stage. I know we will have at least two Italian teams that will make it past the group stage and show a great performance in this competition.
Seeing how well Napoli performed last season and have kicked off this campaign I also think Napoli will make an impression in the champions league this season. They have a good squad with good experience which makes them worthy competitors against other top European clubs to compete in the champions league this season.
