Only buying ads will be charged fee. Sell ads will not be charged any fee according to what I saw on the table.
Makers: Users who create and post advertisements to buy or sell cryptocurrencies.
Traders who also post ads to sell their coins will be charged. Remember, after vendors or (makers) must have bought their coins from takers, they used to sell at higher rate and to do this, they will have to post ads.
The old Bybit is now back; they are now Africa's largest P2p marketplace, controlling the market in the same way Binance did a few years ago before the ban on Naira P2P. Bybit charging fees on P2P transactions is nothing new; they just paused when Binance went "no fees" on the P2P marketplace to remain relevant
Just like most p2p marketplaces, when Binance stopped charging fees on P2p marketplaces, they had to offer the same functionality to avoid losing their top merchants to Binance. I've always known that the day Bybit dominates the market, they will bring back p2p fees.
The rate of begging, bargaining will be in the rise now.
I didn't know they charged fees for a while and stopped because of Binance. I guess we need another global exchange to come up with "no fees" to bring back the competition.
