Yeah, I think there are also casinos that have been existing for a long time that cover the network fees too. But in any case it's not, the fees are not that big right now as the mempool is usually very thin already. And for sure as gamblers we already know that this is part of our whole gambling experience, sometimes there are casinos that shoulder the fees and sometimes we do cover for it. I think it's not a big deal already and there could be some unwritten rule between casinos as well not to charge the fees to high for their customers. Although if I recall, there are some casinos that a setup on how much fees you want, specially if you wanted it to be confirmed in the next block.
Yes, it's true that some casinos cover network fees and others don't. I don't think that's a problem, although we do prefer casinos that cover the fees because they save us money.

As long as the casino operates well, meaning it's trustworthy, then we're comfortable with that. What we're looking for is a trustworthy casino, but it's a plus for casinos that care about their users, especially with the many bonuses they offer.
