I emailed Roobet that I have proof and evidence de from the tournament organizers and players and they responded with this:

I understand your frustration about this situation. The bet has been settled correctly, and the provider has confirmed that it will not be voided or resettled. As Chloe mentioned earlier, the decision is final and will not be reconsidered under any circumstance. This is not stealing, and we acknowledge your new evidence, but the provider's decision stands.

I can’t even begin to describe how absurd this is, they’re acknowledging I have no evidence that proves what they’re saying is a lie and refuse to look at it. Keep in mind this bet was originally paid out and money was in my account. It wasn’t until I tried withdrawing some of it that they magically decided the bet should be voided and came up with this lie that I quickly found to be false.
