Honestly how quickly I forget about a loss depends on how invested I was in the outcome, which is probably the case for the majority of people. There's some losses in life I'll think about every now and then in a "life would have been quite different" way but they never dominate my thoughts so I think I'm doing quite alright.
That's right, how quickly you can forget your losses depends on the amount you have invested in your life. There are some losses that are easily forgotten because the amount of the loss was so huge that sometimes when you think about it, you feel very sorry. Then there are some losses that you don't feel any regret in your mind right after the loss because the amount of the loss was very small. However, the easier it is to forget the loss, whether big or small, the more stress-free it will be mentally. I always try to stay stress-free because it is always advisable to participate in gambling with a stress-free mind.
