No they don't. This German team plays together for 4 big tournaments now, Serbia doesn't. Also they are missing Bogdanovic now, which is a huge blow for them. Only individually Serbia looks stronger, and a big chunk of this obviously is because of the Joker.

Now, because of Serbia's loss against Turkey, they are on the same side of the draw as Germany. The upper side seriously is ridiculously weak but the side with Germany and Serbia seems much stronger. If everything goes according to plan these 2 teams will meet in the semi final, which is actually sad cause I was hoping they would face each other in the big game at the end.
