Have you tried registering at winna.com ? Because I have registered without anything that was asked in 7.1 paragraph. Maybe it will be different for your country, I dont know, but Ive got it without any problem.
nope, and you are right, they don't ask for that at registration.
but obv you have to agree to those terms when you sign up, and the terms are what matter.
In the ToS its stated only that winna.com only "may request identity verification at any time"; its not obligatory. I would better say that their ToS and other description is misleading, than saying that are fake NO KYC casino.
this is not about winna KYC being misleading or a fake NO KYC casino. i misspoke when i said the list is bullshit, what i meant is that the ranking levels NoToKYC uses is bullshit. i should have made that more clear.
my point is, for level 0, it clearly says the casino have no mention of any KYC requirement in the terms (as in zero mentions at all), but that's demonstrably false if you check terms of most of the casino they have under level 0.
I see bc.game in the list. I was using that casino when was wearing signature and I also wasnt asked to pass KYC during registration or during months when I have used it.
maybe for you and me, but plenty of others have been asked to pass KYC.
and if we follow NoToKYC own words, any casino that reserves the right to ask KYC at any time should be put under level 3, but would be bad for their business.
they are just using the "KYC levels" to fool people who don't know better or read terms.

but let's put that to the side, what about the third-party exolix affiliate exchange widget they have?
if someone coins get blocked and they are asked for KYC, will NoToKYC admin refund their coins if they refuse to pass KYC or if exolix confuscate their coins for being "dirty"?
