I'm going to be drawing my conclusion on this matter. The reason why the government are taking strict actions against gambling in Philippine s is based on the illegal's gambling activities that was carried out in the country. Perhaps, they have traced everything, only to find out, gambling and casino was the root everything.
I don't know the reason why government of the Philippine is banning gamble activity there but is like what you said is true.it might be that the way they are operating illegally is what is making the Philippine government to ban gamble. Other country is allowing gamble while some countrys are not agreeing for gambler to operate. With the way Philippine are, its like many gamble company's are using gamble for money laundering.
