Point is Balanced Diet is extremely important but to say one way is superior to others is wrong imo. Virat is vegetarian and our 99.99% wrestlers are vegetarian even Olympians.
Another point is, nutrient diet is there but main issue is education. Majority of educated folks are likely to be aware of consequences of having more children, especially on limited earnings ( same way you argued about having 1 kid, that's why I used your argument) but uneducated person not so, with few exceptions.
