To me, the both of them are good asset for investment. In the sense that if you invest in land, when the land appreciates you can sell some portions and make good profits. Also bitcoin is a modern asset for investment and a digital one for that matter that is also doing very well in the asset class, it appreciates over time making it very good for investment.
Therefore, I won’t advise people against investing on land but invest more on bitcoin. since they are both good assets you can diversify on both of them, someone who has a large piece of land can sell some portions to invest on Bitcoin and when they make profit after holding for long term, they can sell some portions of the Bitcoin to buy another piece of land or lands.
