For me this was unnecessary after all, many of these buyers there are always trying to scam sellers and now they might want to use this an excuse or even try to reap sellers more. For me sellers should be more careful before releasing any coin especially after this has been implemented.
You're referred to as the "takers" on the memo and you're not affected, only the advertisers who creates buy/sell ads are affected.
For those of us who just browse and select advertizer to buy and sell we will continue to enjoy zero fees as stated on the link. You don't have any problem.
