Re: When Luck Turns Your Bankroll Around (Slots Story)

So just recently I got bored and spent most of my time spinning slots. Honestly, I already expected that money to be gone because we all know slots are bankroll killers. But this time I got lucky, my disposable bankroll shot up to almost 100x. Ended the day full of excitement, used some of the winnings to hang out with friends, had a few drinks, and of course I left a bit aside for the next session (once the hangover fades).  Cheesy

The point I want to share is we should manage our expectations when playing games where we don’t have an edge. That way if we lose, it’s easier to move on. And if we happen to get lucky, like I did, the feeling of victory is even sweeter.
This mindset is essential for every gambler. Every gambler must be smart about managing expectations, one way to do this is by managing their budget well, maintaining discipline, and treating gambling as entertainment. This way, when you lose it's okay, and when you win don't become greedy and chase even bigger wins.

However, there's one thing I want to say. Don't think that after experiencing continuous losses, you should continue playing with the remaining money to achieve a 100x win. It's important to realize that almost all gamblers experience the same feeling when they lose continuously instead of stopping, they continue, hoping for a lucky break like you did. I hope you understand what I mean.
