I am not so sure about Latvia advancing. Lithuania always has been strong in basketball. Latvia rely too much on Porzingis; one player can not change or win whole game. Btw teams recently met in August with almost same rosters as now, and Lithuania won that game (but in overtime). Historically both Baltic states met a lot of time and in majority games Lithuania was a winner. According to group stage Lithuania are playing better.
As Lithuanian I see Latvia as big favorite. We're not same teams as we were in group stage. We don't have our key player Jokubaitis anymore and without him we only beat Sweden in last seconds. Another important defender Normantas is under question after ankle injury in last game. Also, our % from 3pt is terrible,
Don't agree completely that Latvia relies only on Porzingis. He is getting lot of help from Bertans, Smits and Lomazs - their roster is ballanced.
For me it's also very hard to predict outcome of Slovenia - Italy game.
