A hack is still a hack and no matter what they say, this is just a proof that security of these system are weak as sh*t, and they can get hacked. I can't remember when, but recently, there was this hacking incident that involved DPWH as well (correct me with this one), but with regards to PAGCOR being breached, nothing rare because like what I said, their security is the worst. What's even worse is their reasoning. Requested for self-inclusion? Banned? It's still information that can be leaked online whatever the reason is.
At the end of the day, people in our country don't even care about this breach, and that's the reality.
A few might react negatively (like me), but most will not care that much about this one.
