This lawsuit might not see the light of day because it's obvious the gambler claiming to not know English language is just attempting to make money from the casino through this charge. Did he alerted the casino that he has no understanding of english language before he went on signing the documents he had claimed to sign.
A gambler's responsibility to control his gambling habit isn't a duty of the casino but the gambler solely. Even with exclusion features it's not the casino that has to tender to the gambler but base on request.
