Guys Do you think Salah is still a must-have this season, or can we survive without him?
I think we should be waiting for next few games before we conclude on this because with the talents in the squad now and Mo Salah not being that fully involved in the team, we might get him playing less minutes. Liverpool has new signings and they need minutes. The only guaranteed with Salah is that he's on penalties and has more chances of giving you points irrespective of how he plays. Dude can be silent although 70/80 minutes and before you know, he gets a goal or assists. Unless you're thinking about selling him to make way for other less expensive Liverpool attackers that can also give you points when Liverpool is winning (which we're going to be seeing more of, this season).
Fair point ,waiting a few games makes sense, especially with Slot still finding his rhythm. But minutes aren’t the big worry with Salah, he’s nailed. The real question is value: if Isak settles quick and starts banging, Salah could shift from “essential” to “luxury,” meaning you can survive without him. Until then though, he’s still the safest Liverpool pick.
