I keep wondering how a casino would be able to monitor each customer's behavior to know which customers are addicted to gambling and which customers are not. Casinos have operating costs. If they increase these costs by hiring psychologists specializing in behavioral analysis, then each casino would have to have hundreds of these psychologists, and this would increase the operating cost and would not produce good results because psychologists do not have crystal balls. So this case will not have legs to stand in court.
