I only see an one problem... the concentration of power, because if more and more crypto is held in custody by large banks, the principle of self custody that Satoshi so championed will be increasingly lost.
Governments, organizations and banks are looking to disrupt that and soon there won't be many people talking about self custody anymore. Instead, people will simply store their bitcoins using custodial services provided by centralized institutions. That is why there is nothing to be happy or excited about news like this. Only people who don't care about Satoshi's vision, or privacy or decentralization, and only care about the price of Bitcoin will find this news important.
But what's sadder is that people who only care about bitcoin price and profits make up the majority of the market. People who care about privacy are in the minority these days.
