You are overreacting if you ask me. There are no rules restricting anyone from visiting any local board as long as you are not going to the local board to use translation tools in the community there. The 9ja local board welcomes anyone who feels they have a reason why they want to contribute in that place, so this type of thread to me is very unnecessary.
