I'm glad I managed to get through to the team on at least
another topic, and they noticed the issue I was pointing out.
At first, it seemed to me that the TonStation team was basically ignoring questions and comments from the forum. I couldn’t understand what they expected from the forum at all in that case.
But now I see that, whenever possible, the team does take into account the problems users point out. That’s great!
