That is your choice. People have different choices. Some people will have their trading coins on different exchanges because they think the exchanges can not be hacked at once. Binance is not only the better exchange, I do not see difference in Binance and some other exchanges like Bybit and Biget. I think Bitget also have SAFU but it is not what I believe in. Bybit was able not to shut down after a hack many months ago and it continued crypto profits and services.
