Obviously DT aren't supposed to be doing this. Would you mind making a screenshot of the message you received including the name of the sender? My instinct is that you are being contacted by a scammer as is what happened recently here.
I managed to partially identify this guy (I think I'm right).

I found a Twitter account with almost the same username as the one in the screenshot you mentioned. What are the chances that this is an empty account that is subscribed to BC? Then I checked who is subscribed to this account and saw another profile that made an accusation against another casino (it is unlikely that accounts that have never posted will subscribe to each other). At the same time, on casinoguru he conducts correspondence from two accounts at once (watersound11 and Gomez6989).



I contacted the CEO of Gamdom to try to find out the email address or any other details about this case. If there is more information, I will let you know.
