Then you start your "Asiacoin"2"" relaunch. And ofc, you wouldn't have scammed, but you could have bought some Asiacoins much cheaper for "exchangeing" them for your own pos coin?

I am one of the people coordinating the new development team, I'm not a developer so to speak (I don't code). Our advice to C-Cex and other exchanges was to suspend trades altogether until we release the fix, this is public on our thread in case you have doubts.
It is your right to think whatever you want
I'm doing what I think is the right thing to do at this time and I hope to prove to the community that we are trying to do something good and benefitial for everyone in the cryptocurrency community, not only Asia Coin holders.
