If by preventure the government succeed in banning casinos in those countries that are intending to ban casinos believe me that such countries will be experiencing much crime rate because the government failed to understand that the source of survival of people that were lucky enough to be cashing through gambling and those that has been seeing small small gains can be frustrated in such way that they will find a short means of making money, frustration can course the addiction of gambling, so if the government is ready to fix things that can keep the youths busy in the society which can be fatching income daily, weekly or monthly then they should go ahead and ban the casinos in those countries but if they can't provide the needs of the youths in a society then they forget banning casinos in those countries.
Gambling may not be a source of income in real sense which we advise that people shouldn't go into it with that kind of perception but alternatively it's actually relieving the lucky gamblers randomly when they make a win from their bets/stakes. A government that wants to ban gambling totally must have to balance things by making provisions of opportunities to make income from by her citizens else there might be opening another form of social vices to battle with.
