In my opinion, yes, there's a quote that says "the devil you know is better that the angel you don't know" Meaning that if a casino is already well known, old and fully established, has gained much trust from too many customers, we can trust them to protect our information better, but a new casino needs to gain that trust and shows how reputable it is. Although, it doesn't matter whether old or new casino, once you information is out to them, just be rest assured that they can hand it out to either the government if need be, or when they are hacked, people's information can be stollen too. Using old casino is like playing safe since the new casino is not yet well known, but it doesn't make so much difference.
