I'm not sure if there will be two cup rounds (semi-final and final) or just one (semi-final). If there will be two rounds, I suggest that we use the first round penalties question as the tiebreaker like I did with Trofo in the last cup round. I think there's no need to have two tiebreakers.
There will be 2 Cup rounds, but in different weeks - so semifinal round will be 10 questions + penalties.
