It's no news that countries have started to think of the prospect of making Bitcoin a legal tender. I'm sure Our Nigeria as a nation have also been considering the pros and cons of such prospect. If, and when it comes to fruition, how does it affect our economy. Surely, we'll have a competitor and alternative for the unreliable nature of the naira, and a great alternative for the supposedly pushed proposition of the Enaira. Obviously, it would solve a lot of problems. Like the inflationary trends and a great store of value. The changes and effects could be limitless.

Other countries may think of doing that, but seriously, I don’t think that will be possible in Nigeria. The government won’t do that because they will not control the currency anymore, and you know the government always wants everything to be under their control, so thinking of the Nigerian government making Bitcoin legal in the country is just talk, but I believe it’s something that will not be possible.

Why not? We should just think of the government being Bitcoin-friendly, like they should not care whether you are into Bitcoin or not. I think that one is better since we all know making Bitcoin legal tender is going to be hard for them to do.
