Gambling should be prohibited in totally.its a bad societal norms that can make or mar the financial status of individual if gets addicted to.it could also trigger crises and war when one party refuses to abide by the rules of the game,which can lead to destruction of lives and properties.
It seems you have used the money meant to solve your important things to gamble and you end up losing it or your friend have used his/her money meant to solve his/her important things to gamble and he/she end up losing it, that's why you want gambling to be prohibited totally so that people won't lose their money meant to solve their important things in gambling and find themselves in a financial difficult.
