Mind you is not all public schools, because there are some public schoos that have rules and regulations that is governing the school not to allow violence into the school to cause  evil. Some of the brainier students we are seeing on global social media to display some skills graduated from public schools, because some governments use to spend money on educational sector to improve academy level in their country. I don't see it as child abuse for those that send their children to public schools, because some of the parents graduated from those schools to acquired the skills that is making them to be popular in the society, which they want their children to be popular more than them by laying such foundation to them to attend public schools.

For the country I came from in Africa, the little violence that may occur it will not take the school security to handle within some hours, because there are some strong rules that will make any student that will fall victim to any violence to be expelled from the school without refund of school fees.
